Welcome to Precious Jewels
When my oldest granddaughter, Jordyn, was born, she received a beautiful pearl necklace and bracelet set as a baby gift. When my daughter told me a little about the jewelry, I encouraged her to learn how to make children's jewelry as a way to earn extra income. She did all the research and got started making beautiful children's bracelets. When we went down to visit her in Mississippi, I got to sit and help her. I was hooked. Since I live far enough away from her (in Pennsylvania), I considered starting a business here. After much thought and prayer, Precious Jewels was born. The name came about not only because I determined to use only quality material but in honor of my grandchildren, who are precious jewels. My second granddaughter, Dakota, became my model.
My jewelry is made using only the best material I can get. My white pearls are all grade A freshwater pearls and my cat eyes are grade A. I use genuine Swarovski crystals, top quality gemstones, sterling silver, 14K gold filled and occasionally vermeil.
